摘要
目前,国内外对等级公路的圆曲线半径和路面加宽值有着明确要求,而并未涉及类似于风机运输等特种设备道路线形,而风机叶片是风电机组大件设备中尺寸最大的,其运输过程中对场内道路的最小圆曲线半径和路基宽度有着特殊要求。总结了目前国内外具有代表的运输车辆和叶片尺寸,从甩尾悬挂稳态转弯、横向滑移稳定性和抗倾覆性3个方面分析了圆曲线半径的设计要求;通过模拟空载和运载风机叶片的牵引车和半挂车转弯过程,得出推荐的路面加宽值,为风电场场内道路设计提供设计依据。
At present,there is a clear requirement for the radius of circular curve and the widening value of pavement on the domestic and international roads,but it does not involve the road shape similar to the special equipment such as fan transport,while the fan blades are the largest size in the large-sized equipment of wind turbines.There is a special requirement on the radius of the smallest circular curve and the width of subgrade in the road in the process.This paper summarizes the current domestic and international transportation vehicles and blade sizes,and analyzes the design requirements of the circular curve radius from the three aspects of the steady-state turning,the lateral sliding stability and the overturning resistance.By simulating the no-load and carry-on Wind turbine blade tractor and semi-trailer turning process,resulting in the recommended value of the road widening,providing the design basis for the wind farm field road design.
