摘要 针对高路堤高速公路,控制沉降是提高公路寿命的主要因素。在施工过程中,需对路基填筑速率以及各步骤施工时间进行掌控。以洞新高速公路DK86~DK93为工程实例,对施工过程中路基水平位移与竖向沉降进行了监测,建立了灰色预测模型,通过研究得出以下结论:DK86~DK93段公路在路堤填筑初期,其路基沉降速率约为10 mm/月,路堤填筑后期沉降速率减小,约为5 mm/月。路基沉降速率连续两个月不超过5 mm/月进行底基层、基层施工,连续两个月不超过2 mm/月进行面层施工。经灰色预测模型可知DK86~DK93段公路在路堤填筑完毕后2个月其沉降速率达到5 mm/月以下,路堤填筑完毕后3个月其沉降速率达到2 mm/月以下。由此得出结论此段高速公路在路堤填筑完毕后2个月可进行公路底基层、基层施工,路堤填筑完毕后3个月后可进行公路面层施工,以保障工程质量。 In view of the high embankment of expressway,settlement control is the main reason for the increase of the service life of highway.In the process of construction,the subgrade filling rate and the construction time step control.Call to kill DK86~DK93 expressway as an example,the monitoring of the vertical displacement and horizontal construction process of subgrade settlement,a grey prediction model is established,the conclusions are as follows:DK86~DK93 section of highway embankment in the early,the settlement rate is about 10 mm/months,the embankment settlement rate is reduced,about 5 mm/months.Subgrade settlement rate for two months is not more than 5 mm/months for the base and base construction,continuous two months no more than 2 mm/months for surface layer construction.The grey prediction model shows that the settlement rate of DK86~DK93 section highway reaches 3 months after the embankment is completed 2 months,and the settlement rate is less than 2mm/months after the embankment is completed for 5 mm/months.The conclusion is that the highway can be constructed at the base and base of the highway 2 months after the embankment is completed,and the highway surface construction can be carried out 3 months after the embankment is completed,so as to ensure the quality of the project.
