摘要 桥梁线性可直接反应桥梁的安全状态,是了解桥梁健康状态的最重要方式之一。传统的桥梁线性测量方法存在测量精度低、无法进行动态监测、测点数量少、易受环境影响、监测成本高以及无法实现实时监测等问题。基于高精度倾角传感器和最小二乘法构建了由传感器子系统、数据传输子系统和安全评估子系统构成的桥梁线性远程实时智能监测系统,本文详细介绍了该系统的硬件组成、模块功能和工作流程。为了检测该系统的性能,将本系统应用至刚架拱桥,对该桥进行加载并对测点部位进行精密水准测量,得到挠度的理论值、本系统输出值和高精密水准测量值,通过对比分析,得出本系统精度可达到亚毫米级,同时系统具有可靠性强、可实时监测和运营成本低等特点,是一套综合性能较优的桥梁形变监测系统,在桥梁线形测量领域具有较高的应用和推广价值。 The linearity of the bridge can directly reflect the safety status of the bridge,which is one of the most important ways to understand the health status of the bridge.Traditional bridge linear measurement methods have some problems such as low measurement accuracy,inability to perform dynamic monitoring,small number of measurement points,vulnerability to environmental impact,high monitoring costs and failure to achieve real-time monitoring.This paper constructs a bridge linear remote real-time intelligent monitoring system composed of sensor subsystem,data transmission subsystem and safety evaluation subsystem based on high-precision tilt sensor and least square method.This paper introduces the hardware components,module functions and work of the system Process.In order to test the performance of the system,the system is applied to the rigid frame arch bridge,the bridge is loaded and precision level measurement of the measuring point,the theoretical value of the deflection,the system output value and high-precision level measurement,by comparing It is concluded that the accuracy of this system can reach sub-millimeter,and the system has the characteristics of high reliability,low real-time monitoring and operation costs.It is a set of bridge deformation monitoring system with better overall performance and has higher application and promotion value.
