摘要
为了探明纳米TiO_2对沥青抗紫外线老化性能的影响规律,研究选用了90#基质沥青以及SBSI-C改性沥青作为研究对象,测试了不同纳米TiO_2掺量及不同紫外线老化时长下沥青的针入度与延度的变化规律,提出了纳米TiO_2合理掺量,并进行了沥青全断面断裂能量试验。研究结果表明:纳米TiO_2的合理掺量为0.8%,掺加0.8%纳米TiO_2的90#基质沥青和SBSI-C改性沥青在相同的紫外线老化条件下均比原样沥青拥有更大的全断面断裂能量,表明纳米TiO_2能够有效的提高沥青抗紫外线老化性能。
In order to study the influence law of anti-aging performance to UV radiation of bitumen with nanometer TiO2,the Penetration and Ductility of KLMY 90#bitumen and KLMY SBSI-C bitumen were test with different TiO2 quantity indifferent UV aging time.And the rational quantity of nanometer TiO2 was determined.Fracture energy in whole section test was also used in this research.The results show that rational quantity of nanometer TiO2 is 0.8%,KLMY 90#bitumen and KLMY SBSI-C bitumen with 0.8%nanometer TiO2 have Larger fracture energy in whole section,nanometer TiO2 has the function of increase the anti-aging performance to UV radiation of bitumen.
