多层螺旋CT对胃癌诊断的价值研究

The application value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of gastric cancer

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对于胃癌TNM分期的诊断及术前的指导价值。方法回顾性分析确诊胃癌患者136例,其中经手术患者119例,所有患者均在医院行上腹部的CT平扫及增强扫描,对扫描图像行胃癌的TNM分期并与术后病理分期对照,得出结果并分析多层螺旋CT对于胃癌诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果多层螺旋CT对于在胃癌T1-4分期中的特异度分别为100%、65.7%、70.4%、79.1%。敏感度分别为100%、85.2%、50%、89.5%。多层螺旋CT对于胃癌N分期的特异度分别为100%、68%、53.6%、76.3%,敏感度分别为100%、73.9%、56.8%、82.9%。结论多层螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描能够对胃癌的分期做出较为准确的诊断,对于术前指导具有较大的价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in diagnosis of TNM staging of gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data about 136 patients with gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed,in whom,119 patients underwent surgical treatment.All the patients were examined by upper abdominal CT scan and enhanced scan,and the examination results were analyzed,moreover the sensitivity and specificity of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of gastric cancer were evaluated.Results The specificity of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of T1-T4 stages of gastric cancer was 100%,68%,53.6%,76.3%,respectively,and the sensitivity was 100%,85.2%,50%,89.5%.The specificity of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of N staging of gastric cancer was 100%,68%,53.6%,76.3%,respectively,and the sensitivity was 100%,73.9%,56.8%,82.9%,respectively.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT scan and enhanced scan can make a more accurate diagnosis for gastric carcinoma,which have an important application value in preoperative guidance.
