DSA在儿童脑血管疾病诊疗中的应用

Application of DSA in diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease in children

目的探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)在儿童脑血管疾病诊疗中的应用价值。方法选择2013年12月至2017年12月就诊的脑血管疾病患儿25例,采用DSA进行检查,并对形成动脉血栓的患儿实施介入治疗,比较治疗前后患儿的临床指征改变情况。结果本组共检查出血管异常21例,异常率为84.0%,均接受动脉内接触溶栓;治疗后,靶病区血管直径狭窄度、面积狭窄均明显改善(P<0.05),靶病区血管最小直径、病变长度明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 DSA能够为儿童脑血管疾病接受介入治疗提供参考信息,提高脑血管疾病的检出率。

Objective To investigate the application value of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease in children.Methods Twenty-five children patients with cerebrovascular disease who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study.These patients were examined by DSA,and the patients with arterial thrombosis were treated by interventional treatment,then the changes of clinical indications before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results Among the 25 patients,there were 21 cases of vascular abnormalities,with abnormal rate being 84%,and the 21 patients were treated by intra-arterial contact thrombolysis.After treatment,the the stenosis degree of blood vessel diameter in target lesion area and stenosis area were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the minimum diameter and lesion length of blood vessel in target lesion area were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion DSA can provide reference information for interventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease in children,which can improve the detection rate of cerebral vascular disease.
