摘要
在衡量安全性工作管理工作绩效时,将安全性管理工作成熟度分为5个等级。利用采用专家打分与差异驱动赋权相结合的方法来确定指标的相对权重;在此基础上,构建了用于1级~5级评价的云模型,通过仿真得到总体安全管理工作成熟度等级。从安全性工作管理成熟度综合评价结果来看,该方法可行且有效。
Based on the objective analysis of safety management of equipment development,his model divides the safety management into 5 maturity levels.This thesis determines the relative weight by the combination method of expert scoring and the principal of difference motivation.On this basis,cloud model for 5 levels is constructed by means of simulation.The results obtain from the application of this method to the maturity evaluation of safety management of equipment development indicates that this method is feasible and effective.
