单孔胸腔镜解剖性肺段切除治疗16例早期非小细胞肺癌分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨单孔胸腔镜(VATS)解剖性肺段切除治疗早期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和经验。方法回顾性分析2016年3月至2017年12月行单孔VATS解剖性肺段切除术的16例早期NSCLC患者的临床资料,通过观察手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结切除数等指标,分析疗效并总结经验。结果 16例患者均采用单孔VATS完成解剖性肺段切除,并康复出院。手术时间(197.8±51.5)min,术中出血量(48.1±70.9)mL,术后第1天疼痛评分(3.1±1.5)分,术后胸引管留置(2.4±1.0)d,微胸引管留置(6.5±2.5)d,术后住院(7.3±2.4)d,淋巴结切除(12.1±4.6)枚,纵隔淋巴结切除(8.1±3.6)枚,纵隔淋巴结切除(4.7±1.1)站。结论单孔VATS解剖性肺段切除治疗早期NSCLC安全可行。
