稳定生产高强度4缸球墨铸铁曲轴的研究 被引量:25

摘要 介绍了S系列4缸球墨铸铁曲轴的结构形状、技术要求以及覆砂铁型的详细生产流程。查明了该曲轴的最佳化学成分控制范围,研究了Cu和Sb合金加入量对曲轴本体性能的单独影响和联合影响。将珠光体体积分数、抗拉强度和伸长率作为重要分析数据,对试验获得的各项测试数据进行了研究分析,结果表明:Cu和Sb的合用能促进珠光体的稳定性和改善力学性能,对稳定生产高强度曲轴起着关键性作用,综合考虑铸件性能及生产成本等因素,将w(Cu)量控制在0.40%~0.45%,w(Sb)量控制在0.010%~0.015%,铸件的金相组织和力学性能满足要求。 The structure and technical requirements of S series 4-cylin d er nodular iron crankshafts as well as the detailed production flow of sand-coated iron were introduced.The range of the optimum chemical composition of the crankshaft was identified.The individual and collective influence of the addition amount of Cu and Sb alloy on the performance of the crankshaft body were studied.Taking pearlite volume fraction,tensile strength and elongation as important analytical data,the test data obtained from the experiments were analyzed and the results showed that:the combination of Cu and Sb could promote the stability of pearlite and improve the mechanical properties,which played a key role in the stable production of high-strength crankshafts.Considering the casting performance and production cost,the!(C u)content was controlled at 0.4 0%~0.4 5%,!(S b)was controlled at 0.0 1 0%~0.0 1 5%,the microstructure and mechanical properties of castings met the requirements.
