摘要
川渝气田某天然气净化厂脱硫装置具有酸气负荷高、处理量大、胺液循环量大等特点,从检修结果看,再生塔底部、重沸器、半贫液返回线等位置腐蚀减薄严重。利用宏观观察、腐蚀挂片、氢探针等方法分析和评价了现场条件下的腐蚀状况,并制定了相应的腐蚀控制措施和监/检测方案。结果表明,循环量和酸气负荷较高是导致再生塔底部腐蚀严重的主要因素,碳钢内衬316L不锈钢可以较好地抑制再生塔底部环境下的腐蚀。
The desulfurization device of a natural gas purification plant in Sichuan-Chongqing gas field has the characteristics of high acid gas load,large processing capacity and amine circulation.The complete overhaul results showed that the corrosion thickness of the bottom of regenerator,reboiler,and the return line of semi-lean liquid were seriously decreased.The corrosion conditions in the field were analyzed and evaluated by macroscopic observation,corrosion coupon test and hydrogen probes,and the corresponding corrosion control measures and supervision/inspection schemes were developed.The results showed that the high cyclic volume and acid gas load were the main factors leading to the serious corrosion of the bottom of the regenerator,and the carbon steel inner lined 316L stainless steel could preferable inhibit the corrosion in the bottom of the regenerator.
