摘要
针对水在不同情况下对N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)水解的影响,通过水分仪、高效气相色谱(GC)和红外吸收光谱(IR)对水解产物进行检测,结果表明:在低温下,水与NMP形成的氢键起到了抑制NMP水解的作用,当氢键被破坏后,NMP水解明显加剧,水解产物主要为4-甲基氨基丁酸.
Aimed at the effect of water on hydrolysis of N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP)under different conditions and through moisture-meter,high-efficient gas chromatography(GC),and infrared absorption spectroscopy(IR),the hydrolyzate was detected.The result showed that the hydrogen bonds formed by water and NMP would play the role in inhibitation of hydrolysis of NMP at low temperature.When the hydrogen bond was destroyed,the hydrolysis of NMP would be aggravated and the main hydrolysis product would be 4-methylaminobutyric acid.
