原油管道内壁蜡沉积模拟软件开发及沉积特性 被引量:1

Development of simulation software of waxy crude deposition onto inner wall of crude oil pipe line and deposition characteristics

摘要 通过对原油管道蜡沉积过程的详细分析,明确了蜡晶径向扩散与轴向沉积物理模型,建立了蜡沉积数学模型.选用分段迭代法,在VB开发平台上编制并发布了蜡沉积模拟软件,经过单位温降析蜡量计算数据和实测数据对比分析,验证了软件的有效性和计算精度.以涩-仙-敦原油管道为研究对象,采用DSC技术对实际输送原油性质进行了测试,利用编制的蜡沉积模拟软件针对油品出站温度和输量对蜡沉积的影响进行了研究.研究结果表明:油品出站温度升高,管壁初始结蜡位置后移,蜡沉积层最大厚度变化较小,沿线蜡沉积层厚度非线性变化;输量增大,管壁初始结蜡位置后移,蜡沉积层最大厚度明显减小,沿线蜡沉积层厚度非线性变化. An simulative and theoretical investigation on software development and deposition characteristic of waxy crude in pipe.By means of detailed analysis of wax deposition process in crude oil pipeline,the physical model of radial diffusion and axial deposition of waxy grains was made clear and the mathematical model of wax deposition as built up.The simulation software of wax deposition was programmed and issued on VB developing platform with sectional iterative method and its effectiveness and accuracy was verified by means of comparison between the calculated value and measured value of separated wax amount under unit temperature-drop.The Se-Xian-Dun crude oil pipe line was taken as investigation object to test the property of the actually transported crude oil by means of DSC technique.By means of analysis of relationship of deposition characteristics to various factors,the influence of oil exit temperature and transport amount on the wax deposition was investigated in detail with the programmed simulation software of wax deposition.Investigation result showed that when the oil exit temperature rose,the initial position of wax formation on the wall of the pipeline would shift backward,maximum thickness of wax deposition layer would change less,and its axial change would exhibit as nonlinear.When oil transport volume rose,the initial position of wax formation on the pipe wall would also shift backward,maximum thickness of wax deposition layer would remarkably decrease,and its axial change would also exhibit as nonlinear.
