摘要
针对传统调度模式已无法实现大规模风电并网系统的经济调度,提出了将高载能负荷作为可调度资源并通过设置集群协调层与风电场进行统一调度的新调度模式.新调度模式中,集群协调层一方面响应调度中心的调度出力;另一方面对群内的高载能负荷和风电场进行协调调度,从而使调度系统达到协调最优点.在所提调度模式上建立了系统经济调度的二层优化数学模型,分别采用帝国竞争算法(ICA)和二进制粒子群优化算法对上层和下层模型求解.算例仿真结果验证了所提调度模式和所建经济调度数学模型的正确性.
Aimed at the problem that the traditional scheduling mode has been unable to realize the economic dispatch of large-scale wind power grid connection system,a new scheduling mode is proposed,in which a high-energy load is taken as a scheduled resource and a cluster coordination layer is set to perform unified coordination of cluster coordination layer with wind farms.The cluster coordination layer,on the one hand,responds to the dispatch center scheduled output,and on the other hand conducts the coordinated scheduling of high-energy load with wind farms so that makes the scheduling system to achieve its optimum coordination.A bilayer optimization mathematical model of system economic dispatch is step up with the proposed scheduling mode and the upper and lower models are solved with imperialist competitive algorithm(ICA)and binary particle swarm optimization algorithm,respectively.The validity of proposed dispatch mode and mathematical model of economic dispatch is justified by the simulation result of a computational example.
