摘要
目的:评估3D打印技术与CAD/CAM切削技术制作的氧化锆全瓷单冠的密合性。方法:分别采用3D打印(实验组)和CAD/CAM切削(对照组)各制作10个氧化锆全瓷单冠,通过"硅橡胶法"和三维偏差分析软件Geomagic Qualify测量其冠边缘及内部的密合性,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:全瓷冠的边缘及内部密合性(μm)3D打印组分别为89±19、87±16,CAD/CAM切削组分别为94±31、107±33(P>0.05)。结论:3D打印技术制作的氧化锆全瓷单冠的密合性能满足临床要求。
AIM:To evaluate the fitness of zirconia single crowns fabricated with 3D printing.METHODS:Zirconia single crowns were processed by a 3D printing system(test group,n=10)and by a CAD/CAM milling system(control group,n=10)respectovely.Marginal fit and internal fit were examined using a light-body silicone and a 3D inspection software-Geomagic Qualify.The independent sample test was used to determine statistically significancy between the 2 groups by SPSS statistical package version 22.0.RESULTS:The fitness of marginal and internal of the crowns was(89±19)μm and(87±16)μm respectively of the 3D printing group,(94±31)μm and(107±33)μm respectively of the milling group(between 2 groups,P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The fitness of zirconia single crown produced by 3D printing meet the clinical requirements.
