摘要
为了提高散热器散热效果,在片式散热器空气侧冲压出涡流发生器.采用数值模拟的方法分析了在新油道结构下,涡发生器夹角、长度、宽度、间距、散热片间距对散热片散热量及对流换热系数的影响.按照工程实际要求,选择涡发生器制作的工艺条件为:涡发生器夹角60°,占油道宽度13.5 mm,涡发生器自身宽5 mm.当涡发生器间距在40~110 mm时,散热片散热量可提高16.15%~30.00%;当涡间距为50 mm、散热片间距为45~90 mm时,散热量可提高27.15%~55.72%.
In order to improve the heat dissipation effect of the radiator,a vortex generator is stamped on the air side of the chip radiator.With the new oil channel structure,the influence of the angle,length,width,spacing of the vortex generator and radiation fin spacing on the heat dissipation and the convective heat transfer coefficient of the heat sink is analyzed through numerical simulation.Considering the engineering demands,the technological conditions of vortex generator are selected as follows:the angle of vortex generator is 60°,the width of the oil path is 13.5 mm,and the width of the vortex generator is 5mm.When the vortex generator spacing is 40-120 mm,the heat dissipation of the heat sink can be increased by 16.15%-30%,and when the distance between the vortices is 50 mm and the spacing of the heat sink is 45-90 mm,the heat dissipation can be increased by 27.15%-55.72%.
