CD44、SOX-2在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨归巢细胞黏附分子(CD44)和性别决定相关基因簇-2(SOX-2)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例胃癌组织及30例距癌组织边缘2.5cm以上的癌旁正常胃组织中CD44及SOX-2的表达,统计分析二者相关性及与临床病理参数关系。结果:CD44和SOX-2在胃癌中的表达均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。CD44与SOX-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.316,P=0.008)。CD44的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05);SOX-2的表达与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论:CD44和SOX-2在胃癌发生、发展过程中发挥一定作用,有望成为判断胃癌预后的生物学指标和治疗靶点。 Objective:To investigate the expression of homing cell adhesion molecule(CD44)and sex determining region Y-box2(SOX-2)in gastric carcinoma tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD44 and SOX-2 in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma and 30 cases of gastric mucosa(distance from tumor edge≥2.5 cm).The relationship between the expression of CD44 and SOX-2 and the clinicopathological parameters was statistically analyzed.Results:The expression of CD44 and SOX-2 in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the expresion of CD44 and SOX-2(r=0.316,P=0.008).The expression of CD44 was correlated with the degree of differentiation,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),while there was no correlation between sex and age(P>0.05).The expression of SOX-2 in gastric cancer was correlated with the infiltration depth and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),while there was no correlation between the degree of differentiation,sex and age(P>0.05).Conclusion:CD44 and SOX-2 play a certain role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and may become biological indicators and therapeutic targets for predicting the prognosis of gastric cancer.
