CBCT与MSCT测量种植体的精确性比较 被引量:2

Comparison of the accuracy of cone-beam computed tomography and multi-slice computed tomography for the measurement of titanium implants

摘要 目的:对比锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)与多层计算机断层扫描(MSCT)测量颌骨中种植体的精确性。方法:在同一患者头颅骨上、下颌前磨牙区域分别种植4颗钛种植体:右上颌区垂直牙合平面种植圆柱状种植体(3.3mm×10mm)、左上颌区倾斜牙合平面种植圆柱状种植体(3.3mm×10mm)、右下颌区垂直牙合平面种植圆锥状种植体(3.5mm×10mm)、左下颌区倾斜牙合平面种植圆锥状种植体(3.5 mm×10 mm)。头颅固定后用MSCT(Siemens 64CT)和6台CBCT(卡瓦Cranex3D、NEWTOM GiANO、Scanora 3D、Samsung RAYSCANα3D、美亚SS-X9010DPro-3DE、朗视HiRes3D)拍摄,由3位种植科医生采用设备自带软件对植入的种植体长度和宽度进行测量。结果:MSCT测量种植体宽度的绝对误差范围为0.20~0.50mm,CBCT测量种植体宽度的绝对误差范围为0.10~0.70mm;MSCT测量种植体长度的绝对误差范围为0.20~1.00 mm,CBCT测量种植体长度的绝对误差范围为0.10~1.20mm。MSCT与6台CBCT测量种植体的长、宽绝对误差两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:CBCT与MSCT均能够为颌骨中种植体提供精确的测量值,但在关键解剖位置种植时需要预留部分测量误差的空间。 Objective:To compare the accuracy of multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT)and cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)for implants in the jaw bone.Methods:Four titanium implants were inserted in the human head skull mandibular premolar area:right maxillary vertical occlusion planted cylindrical implant(3.3 mm×10 mm),the left maxillary area oblique occlusion planted cylindrical implant(3.3 mm×10 mm),right mandibular vertical occlusion planted conical implant(3.5 mm×10 mm),and the left mandibular area oblique occlusion planted conical implant(3.5 mm×10 mm).Fixed head was scanned with six CBCT scanners(Kavo Cranex 3D,NEWTOM GiANO,Scanora 3D,Samsung RAYSCANα3D,Meiya SS-X9010DPro-3DE,Langshi HiRes3D)and an MSCT(Siemens 64 CT).The length and width of implants were measured.Results:The absolute error range of implant width measured by MSCT was 0.20-0.50 mm,and was 0.10-0.70 mm measured by CBCT.The absolute error range of implant length measured by MSCT was 0.20-1.00 mm,and was 0.10-1.20 mm by CBCT.There was no significant difference in the absolute error of implant length and width among the six types of CBCT and MSCT(P>0.05).Conclusion:CBCT and MSCT could provide accurate measurements for implants in the jaw bone,however,it is necessary to reserve some space for measuring errors when planting the key anatomical position.
