摘要 介绍了碎煤加压固态排渣气化技术的基本情况,结合工业运行数据,详细介绍了晋煤金石、晋煤天庆等公司以无烟煤为原料碎煤加压气化炉运行的具体情况。重点分析和论证了以低挥发分无烟煤或化工焦为原料时,碎煤加压气化炉在粗煤气净化、废热回收、煤气水处理、二氧化碳返炉等方面创新及优化方案的可行性及意义,改进后的工艺流程更适合于无烟煤碎煤加压固态排渣气化。 The basic situation of crushed coal pressurized gasification technology with solid slag discharged was introduced.Combined with industrial operation data,the operating condition of crushed coal pressurized gasifier with anthracite as raw material was presented in detail.The key analysis and validation were the feasibility and significance of crushed coal pressurized gasifier innovation and optimization in crude gas purification,waste heat recovery,gas liquor treatment,etc.with anthracite or chemical coke as raw material.It was proved that the improved process was more suitable for crushed anthracite pressurized gasification.
