固定床加压连续气化替代UGI技术经济性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为解决传统合成氨企业面临的困境,结合常压固定床(UGI)气化现状,分析了传统合成氨企业成本高的原因。晋煤集团采用自主开发的加压连续气化技术(JC炉)替代UGI技术,对晋煤金象化工公司常压间歇气化系统进行改造,通过改造工艺流程、优化后系统配置等措施,使加压气化技术在原料、能耗上具有成本优势。从技改前后运行的经济性对比分析可知,改造后吨氨醇成本可下降260元~360元,并取得良好的环保效果。 In order to solve the problems faced by the traditional ammonia enterprises,reasons for high cost of those enterprises were analyzed in combination with the current status of the atmospheric fixed-bed(UGI)gasification.Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group intended to adopt the proprietary pressurized continuous gasification technology(JC gasifier)to replace the UGI technology,making renovation on the atmospheric batch gasification system of Jinxiang Chemical Co.of the Group.The pressurized gasification technology could enjoy cost advantage in raw materials and energy consumption via renovating the process flow and optimizing the system configuration,etc.The economic comparison analysis before and after the technical renovation shows that the cost per ton of ammonia or methanol can be reduced by 260 yuan-360 yuan.In addition,good effects on environmental protection are achieved.
