摘要
结合新天煤化工公司20亿m^3/a煤制气项目,介绍了林德十一塔低温甲醇洗工艺流程和工艺特点,分析了工艺设计和试运行期间存在的问题,提出了工艺优化方案。针对试生产过程中出现的问题,采取了以下优化措施:增加萃取器内部隔板高度、增加原料气冷却器事故喷淋甲醇管线、拆除氨预洗塔内部插入液下原料气管线的套筒及升气帽、甲醇水分离塔中增加碱液和改造热再生塔回流管线等。
Based on Yili Xintian Coal Chemical 2 Billion m3/a coal-to-gas project,the Linde Rectisol 11-column process and its characteristics were introduced,analyzing the problems existed in the process design and during the test run,and putting forward the scheme of process optimization.In view of the problems in the course of trial production,following measures were adopted:increasing the extractor internal baffle height,increasing the emergency spray methanol volume in the feed gas cooler,removing the sleeve of the feed gas insertion pipeline and gas cap in the ammonia pre-wash column,increasing the alkaline lye in the methanol water separation column and modifying the return line of the heat regeneration column.
