摘要
贵州赤天化桐梓化工有限公司煤粉锅炉烟气脱硫采用氨法脱硫工艺,存在吸收段结垢的问题,为此对工艺介质中杂质含量进行了检测和计算分析,发现结垢的主要原因是烟气氨法脱硫工艺的浓缩段溶液返混和吸收段溶液p H值高,并采取了控制溶液返混量、降低吸收液p H、控制杂质含量、降低锅炉烟气SO2含量、吸收液沉降除垢等措施,极大地缓解了吸收段结垢的问题。
The study was made on the problem of scaling in ammonia FGD absorber of Guizhou Chitianhua Tongzi Chemical Co.,Ltd.Based on the analyses and calculations of the impurities in the system,it was found that the back mixing solution from the evaporation section to the absorber,carrying high concentrations of impurities,caused the scaling in the alkaline environment.The countermeasures were taken,such as reducing the back mixing flow,lowering the pH value of the solution of the absorber,reducing the concentrations of impurities in the system,lowering the SO2 content of the flue gas,settling down and separating the scales,etc.It has proved to be effective.
