Discussion on Integrated Management of Project Construction and Production Preparation in Coal Chemical Project EPC Mode

以中煤图克200万t/a合成氨、350万t/a尿素项目为例,叙述了项目一体化管理模式的建立过程,从项目策划、安全质量管理、进度管理、投资控制等方面,讨论了EPC模式下工程建设与生产准备一体化管理模式的运用,并对其管理经验进行总结,以供业界相同或相类似项目建设与生产参考。

With 2000000 t/a ammonia and 3 500 000 t/a urea project in Chinacoal Tuke as an example,the construction process of integrated project management mode was introduced,the application of integrated management for project construction and production preparation in EPC mode was discussed from the aspects of project planning,safety and quality management,progress management,investment control and so on,and its management experience was summarized.It provided the reference for construction and production of the same or similar projects in the industry.
