摘要 综述了Ti_3Al、TiAl及Al_3Ti三种金属间化合物的特性、应用前景并重点阐述了各自力学性能上存在的不足。为了提高Ti-Al系金属间化合物的性能,提出了一种有效的复合机制,即引入连续陶瓷纤维增强体。介绍了连续陶瓷纤维增强Ti-Al系金属间化合物复合材料的制备技术及研究进展,总结了不同制备方法存在的优缺点。对于复合材料,界面是其中重要的组成部分,详述了纤维与金属间化合物基体的界面反应热力学判据及反应机理等问题。提出了基于该类复合材料的一种新型纤维增强金属间化合物层状复合材料,论述了其研究进展、应用前景及目前存在的问题。最后结合连续陶瓷纤维增强Ti-Al系金属间化合物复合材料的发展提出未来重点研究的几个方向,如纤维/基体界面改性、纤维排布等。 The characteristics,the application,and the disadvantages of Ti-Al intermetallic compounds,including Ti 3Al,TiAl and Al 3Ti are reviewed in this paper.To improve the properties of Ti-Al intermetallic compounds,continuous ceramic fibers are introduced in the compounds.The fabrication techniques of the continuous fiber reinforced Ti-Al intermetallic composites are introduced.The thermodynamic criterion and reaction mechanism of interfacial reaction between fiber reinforcement and intermetallics are also discussed.Based on this kind of composite,a novel fiber reinforced Ti-Al intermetallic laminated composite is designed and its research progress,application prospect and problems are shown in this paper.Finally,the development direction of continuous fiber reinforced Ti-Al intermetallic composites are pointed out,such as interfacial modification and fiber arrangement.
