摘要 本文主要通过对比喷淋填料塔工艺和鼓泡塔工艺对Fe^(2+)、Mn^(2+)湿法催化氧化烟气脱硫能力的影响,探究两种工艺在低pH值条件下的脱硫效率,寻求更适合中小型燃煤锅炉使用的脱硫工艺。结果表明,两种中小型燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫工艺中,鼓泡塔工艺更具有可行性;Fe^(2+)、Mn^(2+)湿法催化氧化烟气脱硫法可简化脱硫工艺流程,是一种适用于中小型脱硫系统的高效脱硫方法;Fe^(2+)、Mn^(2+)湿法催化氧化烟气脱硫法能在低pH的环境里进行,在恰当条件下,不论是填料塔还是鼓泡塔,均能维持脱硫效率达到90%以上,具有良好的应用前景。 This paper mainly compares the desulphurization capacity of Fe 2+and Mn 2+wet catalyzed oxidation of flue gas with spray packed tower process and bubble tower process,and explores the desulfurization efficiency of the two processes under low pH conditions,seeking a desulfurization process more suitable for small and medium sized coal-fired boilers.The results show that the bubble column process is more feasible in the flue gas desulfurization process for small and medium-sized coal-fired boilers.The Fe 2+and Mn 2+wet-catalytic oxidation flue gas desulfurization method can simplify the desulfurization process with high desulfurization efficiency and is suitable for small and medium-sized desulfurization;it also can run in a low pH environment.Under proper conditions,both the packed tower and the bubble column can achieve the desulfurization efficiency of over 90%,showing a good application prospects.
