摘要
2015年至2017年各大燃煤电厂大力开展超洁净排放,本文介绍某电厂(2×630 MW)运用了永清环保股份有限公司的吸收塔自洁净除尘除雾器后除尘的情况。根据该电厂改造后除尘效果的分析,得出如下结论:吸收塔自洁净除尘除雾器能较好的脱除粒径小于2μm的粉尘,稀释和置换烟气携带的石膏液滴,使得除雾器具备良好的除尘效果,保证吸收塔出口烟气固体颗粒物的含量达到超洁净排放的要求。
From 2015 to 2017,major coal-fired power plants have been strengthening their efforts for ultra-clean emission to meet the ultra-low emission standard.This paper presents results obtained from application by a power plant(2×630 MW)of absorption tower self-cleaning dust removal device developed by Yonker Environmental Protection Company.The results show that the absorption tower self-cleaning dust removal device has better dust removal effect for the dust with a particle size less than 2μm,while the plaster drops carried by flue gas can be diluted and replaced efficiently to make the dust removal even more effective,ensuring that the content of solid particles in the outlet flue gas meets the requirement of ultra clean emission standard.
