随着国家对环保要求的不断提高,燃煤电厂超低排放标准重新修订,燃煤电厂脱硫CEMS数据的准确测量,对于运行人员的调整和环境保护十分重要。本文介绍一种自带反吹和温控功能的陶瓷取样探杆,基于其耐磨耐腐蚀稳定性好的特性,能更好的保证CEMS测量的准确可靠。并通过我公司运用案例介绍,希望对脱硫烟气取样装置的改进设计有所帮助。

With the continuous improvement of the environmental protection requirements of the country,the ultra-low emission standards for coal-fired power plants have been revised.The accurate measurement of CEMS data for coal-fired power plant desulfurization is very important for the adjustment of operating personnel and environmental protection.This article describes a self-contained blowback and temperature control ceramic sampling probe,based on its good characteristics of wear resistance and corrosion stability,can better ensure the accuracy and reliability of CEMS measurement.Through the introduction of our company's case,we hope to help improve the design of the desulfurization flue gas sampling device.
