摘要
在知识转移的研究中,知识主体的传递和接收能力是研究关注的焦点之一。研究者的共同认知是,在客观条件不变的情况下,个体的知识转移能力是造成转移效果差异的最主要原因。现有的研究对个体知识转移能力内涵的界定和体系的构建还不够清晰和系统,基于此,文章首先基于文献分析法、专家访谈法构建初步知识转移能力体系,进而通过行为实验、问卷调查收集大样本数据,使用因素分析法、效标关联效度指标对前述知识转移能力体系进行检验,验证并修正了知识转移能力体系。研究构建了更清晰、系统、具体及可测量的知识传递者和接收者能力及其指标体系,丰富了知识共享和传递理论,也为知识共享和转移的研究提供技术性和基础性支持。
In the study of knowledge transfer,the transfer capability of subjects has been the key point.When the objective conditions are constant,the individual s ability to transfer knowledge is the main reason for the difference in the transfer effect,which is the common understanding of the researchers.The existing research has not been clear and systematic to the definition and system of the individual knowledge transfer ability.In this study,literature analysis and expert interviews were used to construct knowledge transfer capability system firstly.And then,behavior experiments and questionnaires were conducted for collecting a large sample data.Finally,factor analysis and criterion related validity analysis were tested to verify the knowledge transfer capability system.Through validating and correcting,researchers obtain Knowledge Transfer Capability System in the end.The research builds a clearer,systematic,specific and measurable knowledge transfer ability and its index system,enriches the theory of knowledge sharing and transfer,and provides basic support for relative researches on knowledge transfer.
