老旧小区有机更新模式与实施策略探讨——以屈家湾小区为例

Organic Renewal Mode and Implementation Strategy of Old Residential:A Case of Qujiawan District

伴随着社会的进步与发展,老旧小区中房屋老化、设施不完全、乱搭乱建已经影响了居民的生活及城市的市容市貌。宜昌市颁布了《宜昌市城区棚户区改造专项规划(2013—2020)》指导城市城区中老旧小区的更新改造。该文以宜昌市伍家岗区屈家湾为例,本着以人为本的原则,充分考虑居民的生活生产需求,以功能重塑、文化植入、设施升级、环境美化四个方面探讨老旧小区有机更新改造模式及策略,以期为相关案例提供借鉴。

Along with social progress and development,the aging of old houses,incomplete facilities,and random construction have affected the lives of residents and the appearance of the city.Yichang city government had promulgated the yichang city turn shantytowns into new housing areas special planning(2013-2020)to guide the old residential of urban city renewal build.Taking Yichang Wujia Qujiawan district for an example,based on the principle of people-oriented,we fully consider the production requirements of people,and discuss the organic update old village transformation pattern and strategy from four aspects:functional remodeling,cultural implantation,facility upgrading,environmental beautification,so as to provide reference for the related cases.
