一种美味猕猴桃”金魁”快速无性繁殖方法 被引量:3

摘要 研究不同植物激素对美味猕猴桃"金魁"成熟叶的不定芽分化、芽增殖与生根的影响以及组培苗的移栽技术.结果表明,TDZ(噻苯隆)比BA(6-苄基氨基嘌呤)更有利于不定芽的诱导,在含1 mg/L TDZ和0.2 mg/L NAA(萘乙酸)培养基上,不定芽诱导率达到90%以上;通过茎段培养,芽在含0.3 mg/L BA和0.5 mg/L GA3(赤霉素)培养基上30 d可以增殖4.5倍;所增殖的芽(2 3 cm长)在含0.7 mg/L IBA(吲哚丁酸)培养基上35 d内可以100%生根.组培苗在温室里炼苗30 d后移到室外自然环境中,生长健壮,移栽90 d后的成活率达到96%. Effects of plant hormones on adventitious bud induction from mature leaves of Actinidia chinensis var.deliciosa cultivar“Jinkui”,bud multiplication and rooting were investigated.The results showed that TDZ was much more effective than BA in bud induction,and more than 90%of the mature leaf explants initiated adventitious buds on the medium supplemented with 1 mg/L TDZ and 0.2 mg/L NAA;averagely,buds multiplied 4.5-folds by nodal culture within 30 days on the medium containing 0.3 mg/L BA plus 0.5 mg/L GA 3;and all the shoots 2 3 cm long rooted well when they were cultured on the medium with 0.7 mg/L IBA within 35 days.The regenerated plantlets grew healthily after they were acclimated in greenhouse for 30 days and then cultured under natural environment;the survival rate of the plantlets was 96%after 90 days of transplantation.
