湖北省武汉市居民亚健康状况分析

The sub-health condition analysis on 508 residents in Wuhan City

为了解武汉市居民亚健康状况,使用人体能量监测仪对508名居民进行测试,使用SPSS22.0对比分析不同性别、年龄亚健康症状差异性.研究发现,武汉市居民亚健康检出率为59.6%,30岁以下最高(66.9%),但无性别差异;亚健康症状中,食欲不振检出率最高(90.2%),其次为精力不足(89.0%)、胸闷气短(84.6%)、呼吸障碍(82.1%)、焦虑不安(77.6%),女性焦虑不安、口腔炎症和睡眠障碍检出率高于男性,P<0.05;30岁以下眼部疲劳、31 50岁胸闷气短、50岁以上腰酸腿胀症状突出.可见,武汉市居民亚健康居于全国低限水平,年轻化特征明显,不同年龄人群亚健康症状具有明显差异性.

In order to understand the residents’sub-health condition,tested 508 residents using the energy monitor,and analyzed the sub-health symptoms difference of different ages and genders by SPSS22.0.The research found,Wuhan residents’sub-health detection rate was 59.6%,the highest was the age group under 30(66.9%),but no gender differences.Loss of appetite was the highest in the sub-health symptoms(90.2%),followed by insufficient energy detection rate(89.0%),dyspnea chest discomfort(84.6%),respiratory disorder(82.1%),anxiety(77.6%).Women’anxiety,oral inflammation and sleep disturbances detection were higher than men,P<0.05.Eye fatigue under the age of 30 years old group,dyspnea chest discomfort of 31-50 years old group and the waist sour leg swelling over 50 years old group were obvious.So,the sub-health level in Wuhan residents is in the national lower level,younger characteristics significantly,different age group has obvious differences in sub-health symptoms.
