汽车油阀压装设备设计研究

摘要 随着汽车生产工艺的日益成熟,油阀在汽车的动力系统中扮演着越来越重要的角色。传统的汽车油阀材料均为POM,外形均为不规则形状,因此在生产过程中油阀的压装成为了一大难点。本文研究设计了一款汽车油阀压装设备,利用电缸伸缩作为驱动方式实现对特定油阀产品的压装。该设备配备多个光纤传感器,在压装前对油阀内部的零件及位姿进行检测,确认无误后完成压装。在力学方面,本文对空间问题的有限元模型进行了简单的公式推导,并对压机的压头与工装进行了有限元应力应变分析,得到了他们的应力分布图与应变图。 With the maturity of automobile production technology,oil valves plays a more and more important role in automotive po^wer systems.The traditional automobile oil valve materials ar^made by POM and the shape are irreg-ular,so in the production process,the pressure valve installation has become a major difficulty.In this paper,an automobile oil valve press equipment is designed,which uses the expansion of the electric cylinder as driving mode to realize the press installation of the specific oil valve products.The equipment is equipped with a plurality of opti-cal fiber sensors,the parts and positions of the oil valve are detected before press installation.Only when it is con-firmed that there is no error can the device finish the press work.In mechanics,some problem of the finite element model was be analyzed by formula deduction,then the press head and the frock of this equipment were simulated by finite element analysis to get their stress and strain diagram.
