电容器高温老化系统校准技术研究

摘要 可靠性筛选试验是保证电子产品可靠性水平和质量的重要手段,对电子元器件进行通电试验,以达到老化筛选的目的是元器件较为普遍的筛选项目之一。电容器高温老化系统作为电容器件老化筛选的试验设备,通过加电老化试验考核电容器件老化电压、工位漏电流参数,已达到排除或筛选少量因制造失常而造成固有缺陷或者缺陷的器件。因而实现对系统老化电源、老化电压、工位漏电流有效可靠校准是确保电容器件筛选的重要条件。 The reliability screening test is important means to ensure the quality of electronic products reliability lev-el and,to electric test of electronic components,to achieve the purpose of screening of ageing is one of the compo-nents common screening project.Capacitor high temperature aging system as capacitor aging screening test equip-ment,by adding electrical aging test appraisal capacitor voltage,the leakage current of ageing parameter,has reached the exclusion or screening of a small amount of inherent defects or defects caused by manufacturing disorder of the device.And thus realize the system aging,aging voltage,the leakage current valid and reliable calibration is to ensure that the capacitor filter one important condition.
