摘要
针对目前万瓦激光功率计面临校准困难的问题,提出了先利用分束器互换测量法解决在万瓦激光功率下分束器的分束比测定问题,再采用分束测量法作为校准方法,以低量级功率计和分束器作为标准器实现对高量级激光功率计的校准,通过逐级传递法实现对万瓦激光功率计的校准。最后,将百瓦标准激光功率量值溯源到国家(30~300)W激光功率基准,通过详细计算以及综合考虑其他不确定来源的影响,得出校准万瓦激光功率计的扩展不确定度可以达到(8~9)%(k=2)。
In order to solve the problem of calibration difficulties of current laser power meters(10kW),the method of beamsplitter interchange measurement is firstly used to solve the problem of beam splitting measurement of beam-splitter with the laser power meter.Secondly,beam splitting measurement method is used as the calibration meth-od,thus using low-level powder meter and beam splitter as a standard device to achieve high-level laser powder meter calibration,through the level-by-level progressive transmission method to achieve the laser power meter calibration.Finally,the 100 W standard laser power is traced back to the national(30~300)W laser power bench-mark.Through detailed calculation and comprehensively considering the impact of other uncertain sources,it is concluded that the extended uncertainty of the calibrated 10 kW laser power meter canreach(8?9)%(=2).
