光隙法和配对法是长度测量中常用的测量方法。本文对于影响光隙法各种因素进行了测试分析,判断光隙法测量精度和适用范围。对于配对法可用低一等的量块进行检定和测量。结合精密长度计量,制定出测量方案,给出达标准的测试结果。

Gap and pairing methods are commonly used in length measurement.In this thesis,various factors affect-ing the optical gap method were tested and analyzed to determine the accuracy and scope of application of the opti-cal gap method.The pairing method can be used to test and to measure with the lower class gauge block.Combined with the measurement of precision length,we developed a measurement plan to provide the standard test results.
