摘要
本文介绍了一种振动式直管段密度计,针对选矿过程控制的生产条件,采用特殊采样方式在线检测,不易发生管路堵塞,有特殊情况需要更换设备时可以在线操作,不用停产维修。经现场实际应用,能很好的在选矿工艺矿浆管路使用,有很好的推广前景。
In this paper,a straight section of vibrating densimeter,in view of the process control of production con-ditions,the use of special on-line detection sampling way,not easy to line congestion,there are special circum-stances can online operation,when need to replace equipment without shutdown maintenance.The field application,can be a very good pulp piping used in ore dressing process,has a good promotion prospects.
