摘要
本文对汽车饰件的开发的测量系统作了简单介绍,在此基础上解释了零部件的法线在三坐标测量中的理论意义,并对三坐标的测量误差进行了讨论。在此基础上进一步指出若不考虑零部件的法向方向,从任意位置对被测零部件进行三坐标测量,将会带来不可控的误差。
The measuring system is described based on the development of the automotive trim parts.The function of normal direction is explained further.The tolerance is discussed by coordinate equipment.Regardless of normal direction of outer surface,from some direction at random,it is not under controlled.
