浅谈提升螺纹车削质量的措施

在机械行业中,带螺纹的零件使用非常普遍,因此螺纹的成形质量是产品质量的重要一环。而随着零件对精度、强度、加工效率等要求的提高,也给螺纹的加工带来了新的挑战。本文主要从螺纹加工的特点出发分析了从切削液、刀具材料、刀具参数和进刀方式四个方面提升螺纹质量的可行性。

In the mechanical industry,the use of threaded parts is very common,so the quality of the thread is an important part of product quality.With the improvement of accuracy,strength and processing efficiency of parts,it also brings new challenges to the thread processing.Based on the characteristics of thread processing,this paper analyzes the feasibility of improving thread quality from four aspects of cutting fluid,cutting tool material,cutting tool parameters and feed mode.
