茶多酚的化学稳定性及其在消毒过程中的衰减动力学研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了探究茶多酚作为消毒剂的化学稳定性,揭示茶多酚消毒过程中的衰减规律。在自然状态下,通过测定茶多酚在溶液中的衰减情况以及对消毒前后紫外全波长扫描分析。结果表明,茶多酚在无菌的自然状态下,其质量浓度与时间拟合的回归方程符合一级动力学公式;茶多酚作为唯一消毒剂时衰减速率较快,其质量浓度依然符合一级动力学公式;紫外线-茶多酚联合消毒时,因紫外线作为主消毒方式降低了辅助消毒剂茶多酚的用量,使水中保持较高辅助消毒剂含量。结论表明,茶多酚作为唯一消毒剂过程中,茶多酚的衰减速率较快;在紫外线为主消毒方式,茶多酚为辅助消毒剂的联合消毒中,茶多酚可以在水中充分发挥茶多酚的持续消毒作用,有利于保障水的微生物安全性。 To explore the chemical stability of tea polyphenols as disinfectants,the attenuation law of tea polyphenols in the process of disinfection was revealed.Under natural conditions,the attenuation of determination of tea polyphenols in solution and on the analysis of UV wavelength scanning were analyzed before and after disinfection.The results show that tea polyphenols in sterile under natural conditions,the regression equation of concentration and time of fitting accords with a kinetic formula.As the only disinfectant,the deceleration rate of tea polyphenols is faster,and the quality of tea polyphenols is still in accordance with the first order kinetic formula.When ultraviolet combining disinfection with tea polyphenols,the amount of tea polyphenols assisted by the auxiliary disinfectant is reduced by UV as the main disinfection method,so as to maintain a high water content of auxiliary disinfectant.The conclusions are the decay rate of tea polyphenols is faster in the process of tea polyphenols as the only disinfectant.During the combined disinfection process of UV as the main disinfection method and tea polyphenols as auxiliary disinfectants,tea polyphenols can give full play to the continuous disinfection effect of tea polyphenols in water,which is beneficial to ensure the safety of water microbes.
