摘要
提出了一种预测平纹陶瓷基复合材料(ceramic matrix composites,CMCs)在单轴拉伸作用下拉伸力学行为的分析方法。为得到满足周期性边界条件的代表性体积单元(单胞),采用HyperMesh软件建立了符合平移对称的单胞几何模型;根据周期性边界条件的基本原理与公式,开发了Python脚本施加单胞的周期性边界条件;纤维束的材料性能考虑了拉伸渐进损伤引起的非线性,并采用有限元分析软件Abaqus用户子程序来定义;建立单胞模型预测了平纹CMC单轴拉伸作用下的应力-应变响应,与试验值吻合良好,验证了模型的准确性。
A detailed study on stress-strain response and fracture behavior of plain weave ceramic matrix composites(CMCs)under uni-axial tension was proposed.To obtain the periodic boundary conditions of the unit cell model,the geometry and mesh of a finite element unit cell were established by HyperMesh software.According to the basic principle and formula of periodic boundary conditions,the Python script was developed to apply the periodic boundary condition of unit cell.The tow properties of the fiber bundles took into account the non-linearity caused by the progressive damage and were defined using a user defined subroutine in Abaqus of finite element analysis software.The stress-strain response and damage behavior of unit cell under uni-axial tension has been predicated.The predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental data,which validates the accuracy of the model.
