纳米氧化亚铜对环氧树脂涂料力学性能及抗海洋微生物附着的影响

摘要 为探究纳米氧化亚铜的掺杂量为0、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%时,对环氧树脂涂层的力学性能,以及对假单胞菌、弧菌、海莲藻这3种海洋微生物附着的影响。采用行星球磨法制备纳米氧化亚铜,并采用快速搅拌的方式将纳米氧化亚铜与环氧树脂涂料混合。结果表明,柔韧性和附着力与掺杂量无关,掺杂量为2%的氧化亚铜环氧树脂涂层其铅笔硬度和抗冲击性能最好;随着纳米氧化亚铜含量的增加,微生物附着率逐渐降低,掺杂量为2%时,涂层对3种微生物的抗附着效果最好;纳米氧化亚铜对涂层接触角没有明显影响,但微生物附着后涂层接触角明显减小。 To study the effect of nano-Cu 2O doping(0,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%)on the mechanical properties of epoxy coating,and its adhesion ability to three marine microorganisms,i.e.,Pseudomonas,Vibrio,and Thalassiosira,the nano-Cu 2O prepared by planetary ball-milling was mixed with epoxy resin at a high mixing speed.The results show that the flexibility and the adhesion ability of epoxy coating are independent with the content of nano-Cu 2O.The highest pencil hardness and impact resistance appeared when the nano-Cu 2O dopingis 2%The adhesion ability of microorganisms decreased with increasing the content of nano-Cu 2O,and the best anti-adhesion ability appeared at 2%of nano-Cu 2O.Although the contact angle of the coating was not affected by the nano-Cu 2O,it significantly decreased after adhesion by the microorganisms.
