副猪嗜血杆菌Z32株的免疫效力研究

Study on the Immune efficacy of Haemophilus parasuis Z32

[目的]检测副猪嗜血杆菌临床分离菌株Z32株的免疫效力。[方法]将Z32株制备灭活疫苗,免疫4组28~35日龄仔猪,21 d后二免,二免后14 d,用副猪嗜血杆菌血清5、8、13和2型菌株攻毒。[结果 ]灭活疫苗对血清5、8、13和2型攻毒菌株的保护率分别是80%、100%、100%和66.7%,对照组的发病率分别是100%、80%、60%和66.7%。[结论]Z32株可以作为候选菌株制备灭活疫苗预防副猪嗜血杆菌血清5、8和13型菌株的感染。

[Objective]The aim was to detect the immunity of Haemophilus parasuis clinical isolates Z32.[Method]The inactivated vaccine of Z32 strain was prepared and immunized in 4 groups of 28 to 35 days old piglets.After 21 days,they were immunized for the second time.After 14 days of the second immunization,they were challenged with the strains of serotypes 5,8,13 and 2 of H.parasuis.[Results]The protection rates of the inactivated vaccine against serotypes 5,8,13 and 2 challenge strains were 80%,100%,100%and 66.7%,respectively.The incidences of the control group were 100%,80%,60%and 66.7%,respectively.[Conclusion]The Z32 strain could be used as a candidate strain to prepare inactivated vaccine to prevent the infection of serotypes 5,8 and 13 strains of H.parasuis.
