摘要
用浓度分别为0(CK)、0.5、1.0、5.0、10.0、20.0、50.0 mg/L的镉溶液对甜瓜种子进行胁迫处理,研究了Cd胁迫对甜瓜种子及幼苗的生理毒害反应。结果表明:在0~50.0mg/L的Cd浓度范围内,低浓度的Cd^(2+)对甜瓜种子萌发具有促进作用,高浓度的Cd^(2+)对甜瓜种子的萌发具有抑制作用;随着Cd^(2+)浓度的增加,甜瓜幼苗的生长量呈下降趋势;甜瓜幼苗的叶绿素含量与Cd^(2+)处理呈负相关,甜瓜幼苗的细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量与Cd^(2+)处理呈正相关。
The physiological effects of Cd stress on melon seeds and seedlings were studied by using cadmium solution of 0(CK),0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0,20.0 and 50.0 mg/L respectively.The results showed that low concentration of Cd2+on muskmelon seed germination had a role in promoting within the range of the 0~50 mg/L Cd concentration and the high concentration of Cd2+on muskmelon seed germination had a role in restraining.The growth of melon seedling was decreased with the increase of concentration of Cd2+.The melon seedlings chlorophyll content and Cd2+treatment were negatively correlated with melon seedlings cell membrane penetration,and MDA content and Cd2+treatment were positively related.
