摘要
新医改逐步推进,各医院受其影响急需结合实况展开内部调整与改革活动,以满足新医改各项要求。人力资源管理作为医院可持续发展的重要支撑,其中包含了人力资源成本控制,意味着人力资源成本控制直接影响着医院发展秩序。基于此,文章首先分析了医院人力资源成本内涵,随后阐述了医院人力资源成本控制环节表现出的问题,最后再结合工作经验,围绕现代化发展视角探究了医院有效的人力资源成本控制方法与策略。旨在采用科学手段有效控制医院人力资源成本。
The new medical reform is gradually advancing,and each hospital is urgently required to carry out internal adjustments and reform activities in order to meet the requirements of the new medical reform.Human resource management as an important support for the sustainable development of the hospital includes the control of human resources costs,which means that human resources cost control could directly affect the hospital's development order.Based on this,the article first analyzes the connotation of the cost of human resources in hospitals,and then elaborates the problems that are shown in the cost control of human resources in hospitals.Finally,combining work experience,it explores the effective methods and strategies of human resources cost control in the perspective of modernization.The aim is to use scientific methods to effectively control the cost of hospital human resource management.
