摘要 目的探讨基于人事档案信息化的医院人力资源信息系统设计与实践价值。方法选择本院2017年年内在院工作的医务人员人事档案100例,所有入组者均采用随机抽取方式获得其人事档案,干预后组基于人事档案信息化的医院人力资源信息系统设计下实施人事档案管理,干预前组实施常规人事档案管理模式,比较两组医院人事档案管理情况,并分析干预前后医院职工对人事档案管理整体评价。结果干预后组资料齐全率及正常利用提取率均显著高于干预前组(P<0.05),干预后组医院职工对人事档案管理整体评价得分显著高于干预前组(t=55.860,P=0.000<0.05)。结论基于人事档案信息化的医院人力资源信息系统设计下的人事档案管理,对于提高医院人事管理效率,改善医院职工对人事管理工作的认可度有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the design and practical value of hospital human resource information system based on the personnel file informationization.Methods A total of 100 medical personnel files of the medical staff working in the hospital during the year of 2017 were selected.All the enrollees were randomly selected to obtain their personnel files.After intervention group was based on the human resources information system of hospital human resources information system design.File management,before the intervention group,implemented the routine personnel file management model,compared the management of personnel files in two groups of hospitals,and analyzed the overall evaluation of personnel files management by hospital staff before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the data complete rate and the normal utilization rate were all significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the hospital staff's overall evaluation of personnel records management was significantly higher than before intervention(t=55.860,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion The management of personnel files under the design of hospital human resources information system based on personnel file information is of great significance for improving the efficiency of hospital personnel management and improving the recognition of hospital staff to personnel management.
