摘要 目的探讨分子生物学技术在内镜下括约肌切开术(EST)后患者胆道微生物群变化的应用研究。方法选择EST术后反流性胆管炎患者40例作为实验对象,根据是否给予微生态制剂分为微生态制剂组20例,对照组20例,在给予微生态制剂2周后对所有患者胆汁标本采用变性梯度凝胶电泳技术(PCR-DGGE)和Bio Numerics7.6软件分析胆道微生物菌群多样性。结果微生态制剂组患者胆汁菌群ShannonWeiner指数显著降低(P<0.05),但Simpson指数显著升高。结论微生态制剂组患者胆汁菌群的种类和数量明显低于对照组,能更好的降低EST反流性胆管炎患者炎症程度,从而减少抗生素的不合理应用。 Objective The application of molecular biology technique in the changes of biliary tract microbes in patients after endoscopic sphincterotomy.Methods EST postoperative reflux cholangitis in 40 patients as the experimental object,according to whether given probiotics they were divided into two groups,20 cases in the microecological preparation group,20 cases in control group,they were given probiotics in 2 weeks for all patients with bile samples using PCR-DGGE and BioNumerics7.6 software were analyzed.Results In the microecological preparation group,the Shannon-Weiner index of bile bacteria decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the Simpson index increased significantly.Conclusion The number and type of bile bacteria in the microecological preparation group were significantly lower than those in the normal group,and at the same time,it could better reduce the degree of inflammation in patients with EST reflux cholangitis,thereby reducing the irrational application of antibiotics.
