前牙区根尖囊肿微创手术联合即刻MTA根尖倒充填临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery for Anterior Apical Cyst Combined With Immediate MTA Apical Filling

目的探讨微创手术联合即刻MTA根尖倒充填应用在前牙区根尖治疗中的效果。方法选取2015年11月-2017年6月来我院就诊的50例前牙区根尖囊肿患者,均分两组,参照组采取微创技术联合普通倒充填技术治疗,实验组采取微创技术联合MTA根尖倒充填治疗,分析治疗效果。结果参照组咀嚼情况评分、根尖病变评分,治疗效果明显低于实验组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论采取微创技术联合MTA根尖倒充填治疗前牙区根尖囊肿的效果显著,可使患者的临床症状改善。

Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive surgery combined with immediate MTA apical filling in the treatment of the root apex in the anterior teeth.Methods From November 2015 to June 2017,50 patients with apical cyst of anterior teeth in our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with minimally invasive technique combined with common inverted filling technique,and the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive technique combined with MTA tip inverted filling.The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results The scores of mastication and apical lesion in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of anterior apical cyst with minimally invasive technique combined with MTA apical inverted filling is effective,and the clinical symptoms of the patients are improved.
