基层医院耳鼻喉科门诊眩晕患者病因分析

The Cause Analysis of Vertigo Patients in Otolaryngology Outpatient of Primary Hospital

目的分析基层医院耳鼻喉科门诊以眩晕症状就诊患者的病因及临床特点。方法总结2012-2014年以眩晕症状为主诉就诊于耳鼻喉科的186例患者临床资料,按年龄分为3组,结合检查结果分析病因及临床特点。结果青年组(45岁以下)颈性眩晕及不明原因眩晕所占比例最高,中年组(46~59岁)以BPPV所占比例最高,老年组(60岁以上)以后循环缺血所占例最高。结论不同年龄患者引起眩晕的病因复杂多样,基层医院医生可根据患者的临床资料结合不同年龄组眩晕的特点对眩晕病因进行综合分析。

Objective To analysis the cause and clinical characteristics of patients with vertigo symptom of the primary hospital otolaryngology outpatient.Methods The clinical data of 186 patients with vertigo symptom in 2012-2014 who suffer from Symptoms of dizziness were collected,they were divided into 3 groups according to the age,and the etiology and clinical features with clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results Cervical vertigo and unexplained dizziness were the highest proportion in Young group(under the age of 45);BPPV was the highest proportion in mid-age group(the age of 46~59),Circulation ischemia was the highest proportion in old-age group(above the age of 60).Conclusion The cause of vertigo of different age group patients are complicated and various,The doctor of the primary hospital can analysis the cause of vertigo with the etiology and clinical characteristics of the different age group patients.
