数字化导板在口腔种植临床应用中的精确度评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价数字化导板在口腔种植临床应用中的精确度。方法选取本院收治的牙齿缺损患者96例作为样本,将其分为导板组与对照组两组。对照组采用常规方法种植,导板组采用数字化导板行口腔种植术。结果导板组患者角度偏差(3.91±0.06)mm、深度偏差(0.24±0.02)mm、顶部偏差(0.96±0.03)mm、根尖偏差(1.32±0.11)mm、探针深度(5.10±0.27)mm、改良出血指数(0.85±0.03)、并发症发生率2.08%、生活质量(97.49±1.79)分,优势显著(P<0.05)。结论将数字化导板应用到口腔种植术中,可有效提高种植体植入的精确度,改善预后,提高治疗的安全性。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of clinical application of digital guide plate in oral implant.Methods 96 patients with dental defects were selected as samples.They were divided into two groups:the guide group and the control group.The control group was implanted with conventional method and the guide group was treated with digital guide plate.Results The angle deviation of the patients in the guide group was(3.91±0.06)mm.The depth deviation was(0.24±0.02)mm,the top deviation was(0.96±0.03)mm,and the root tip deviation was(1.32±0.11)mm.The probe depth was(5.10±0.27)mm,and the improved bleeding index was(0.85±0.03),the incidence of complications was 2.08%and the quality of life was(97.49±1.79),with a significant advantages(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital guide plate in oral implant can effectively improve the accuracy of implant implantation,improve the prognosis and improve the safety of treatment.
