子宫背带式缝合治疗剖宫产手术宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Uterine Lacunar Suture in the Treatment of Uterine Contractions of Uterine Contractions

目的探究子宫背带式缝合治疗剖宫产手术宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年9月—2017年9月收治的76例剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血患者作为此次研究对象,分为两组,甲组行常规治疗,乙组行子宫背带式缝合治疗,比较组间治疗效果。结果乙组各临床手术指标、治疗总有效率明显优于甲组;而产后并发症率、子宫切除率明显低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术宫缩乏力性产后出血患者中采用子宫背带式缝合术进行治疗,不仅疗效显著,而且安全性较高,值得在临床上进一步推广及应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine contractions with hysteresis.Methods 76 cases of cesarean section with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the study objects,which were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with routine treatment.Group B was treated with uterine suture,and the effect of treatment was compared.Results The operative index and total effective rate of group B were significantly better than those of group A,while the rate of postpartum complication and hysterectomy rate were significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The uterine suture is not only effective,but also safe for the patients with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.It is worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
