摘要
目的探讨NICU早产儿母乳喂养和配方乳喂养的效果对比。方法纳入我院2017年2—10月在NICU住院的90例早产儿,以数字表法分为两组(母乳喂养组和配方乳喂养组),分别单纯给予母乳喂养和配方乳喂养,其余治疗方案相同。比较效果。结果母乳喂养组对喂养方式的适应性高于配方乳喂养组,体重增长、营养状况和住院时间等均优于配方乳喂养组(P<0.05)。母乳喂养组喂养不耐受、贫血、院内感染等并发症发生率低于配方乳喂养组(P<0.05)。结论母乳喂养对NICU早产儿的效果确切,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of breastfeeding and formula feeding in NICU preterm infants.Methods Totally 90 premature infants hospitalized in NICU from February to October 2017 in our hospital were divided into two groups(breastfeeding group and formula feeding group)according to the digital table method,and were given breast feeding and formula alone Feeding,the rest of the treatment program the same.The effect of two groups was compared.Results Breastfeeding group had higher adaptability to feeding mode than that of formula feeding group,body weight gain,nutritional status and hospital stay were better than those of formula feeding group(P<0.05).Breastfeeding group feeding intolerance,anemia,nosocomial infections and other complications was lower than the formula-fed group(P<0.05).Conclusion Breastfeeding has an exact effect on preterm infants with NICU and is worth popularizing.
